Spanish cheese platter: Valdeón, Idiazabal PDO, Mahón-Menorca PDO, and Payoya goat cheese cured in paprika.

Tasting of homemade tapas (prepared by our chef):

Crispy Iberian ham croquettes (2 per person)
Lameiro pasties filled with organic ground beef (1 per person)
Organic shredded beef tacos with guacamole, jalapeño, pickled red onion, and sun-dried tomatoes (1 per person)

Main course of your choice:

Grilled organic beef tenderloin supreme in a demi-glace sauce made with fino wine and butter, served with wild berry chutney, grilled vegetables, and potato chips.
