Our sauces:

  • Carbonara – Cream, bacon, guanciale and black pepper. Creamy, with the intense flavour of guanciale and just the right touch of pepper.
  • Bolognese – Minced beef, tomato, onion, carrot, celery and garlic. A classic and comforting recipe.
  • Quattro Formaggi – Blue cheese, parmesan, ricotta, gorgonzola and cream. Ideal for cheese lovers.
  • Pomodoro – Natural tomato sauce with cherry and basil. Light and fresh.
  • Pesto – Pine nuts, basil, parmesan, garlic and olive oil, with a touch of cream. You can add prawns.
  • Frutti di Mare – Mussels, clams and prawns with a tomato, garlic and onion base. The sea on your plate.
  • Arrabiata – Tomato sauce with chilli, parmesan and garlic oil. Spicy, direct and tasty.
  • Lasagne Bolognese – Layers of pasta, meat and baked bechamel sauce. A classic that needs no introduction.
